Zordix Announces New Date for Publication of Annual Report and Annual General Meeting 2022

Umeå, Sweden (Apr. 20, 2023) – Zordix AB (publ) (Nasdaq: ZORDIX B) today announced that the company’s annual report for 2022 will be published on 5 May 2023 instead of what has previously been communicated through the financial calendar on the company website.

The reason for the new date of publication of the annual report is that the company requires more time to complete the report due to its recent change in Chief Financial Officer.

Zordix also announced that the Annual General Meeting will be held on 8 June 2023. Notice to the general meeting will be announced by separate press release.
