Maximum Entertainment’s CEO Christina Seelye and COO Thierry Bonnefoi demand payment of in total appr. 116 MSEK

Maximum Entertainment’s CEO has requested payment of USD 6 927 120 and SEK 29 451 568 and Maximum Entertainment’s COO Thierry Bonnefoi has requested payment of USD 829 180 and SEK 7 362 891.

The requested payments are related to earn-out payments for the acquisitions of Maximum Games, Inc and MG Team, Inc. Payment has been requested to be made by Friday September 20, 2024.

The Board notes that the claims are subject to the special examination decided by the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting on September 9, 2024.
