Maximum Entertainment Chairman of the Board Petter Hjertstedt Notifies its Board of Directors of His Intention to Resign

Stockholm, Sweden (August 8, 2024) – Maximum Entertainment AB (Nasdaq: MAXENT B) today announced that Petter Hjertstedt, currently Chairman of the Board at Maximum Entertainment, has notified the Board of his intention to resign as of September 9, 2024.

The Board thanks Petter for his service on behalf of the entire Maximum Entertainment team.

The recruitment of a replacement will begin immediately.
