Stockholm, Sweden (September 3, 2024) – Maximum Entertainment AB (Nasdaq: MAXENT B) today announced that the shareholders Viktor Vallin, Knutsson Holdings AB, David Wallsten, Game Fund Partners SPV 3 LLC, Patrik Bloch and Allscope AB have made the following proposals to the Extraordinary General Meeting on September 9, 2024:
Resolution regarding the number of board members (item 7)
The shareholders Viktor Vallin, Knutsson Holdings AB, David Wallsten, Game Fund Partners SPV 3 LLC, Patrik Bloch and Allscope AB propose that the number of board members elected by the General Meeting should be four without any alternate board members.
Election of board members and chairperson of the Board of Directors (item 8)
The shareholders Viktor Vallin, Knutsson Holdings AB, David Wallsten, Game Fund Partners SPV 3 LLC, Patrik Bloch and Allscope AB propose re-election of Christina Seelye and Bart Reefman and election of Torgny Hellström and Jan Benjaminson as board members for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. Furthermore, Torgny Hellström is proposed to be elected as new chairperson of the Board of Directors.

Torgny Hellström
Born: 1958.
Education and experience: Torgny holds a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Stockholm University and has spent most of his career in the tech industry. He is the founder of and Senior Management Consultant at Ruddex International AB, Chairman of the Board at Precise Biometrics AB, Terranet AB and Drupps AB, and Board Member at Frenda AB.
Previous assignments include: Chairman of the Board at Starbreeze AB, DDM Holding AG and MagComp AB, and Board Member at True Heading AB and Seapilot AB. Torgny has also been the CEO of Anoto Group and held other leading positions within Anoto Group, Ericsson, IBM Europe and IBM Nordic legal dept.

Jan Benjaminson
Born: 1958.
Education and experience: Jan holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Lund University and has a broad experience from the gaming industry.
Previous assignments include: Executive Chairman at Massive Entertainment AB, co-founder and Chairman at the independent gaming company Level Eight AB, Board Member at Starbreeze AB, Board Member at game developer Sozap AB and CFO in G-Loot AB and in Nordisk Games AS. Jan also has 25 years’ experience as CFO at various tech companies with shares traded on Nasdaq. Today Jan is Chairman at the gaming company Kvix AB.
