Maximum Entertainment Announces New Partnership and Updates to Portfolio

Stockholm, Sweden – (November 15, 2023) – Maximum Entertainment AB (Nasdaq: MAXENT B) today announced new developments for key titles Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons and Diesel Legacy: The Brazen Age, as well as a new partnership with Dee Dee Creations to publish action game Squirrel with a Gun.

Maximum Entertainment competitive fighting game Diesel Legacy: The Brazen Age, developed in-house, will receive a new playtest running from December 13 at 7pm CET to January 4 at 8am CET. The free playtest will feature a host of new content since the game’s Summer 2023 announcement and the coinciding beta that ran in June. Two new characters will be playable, a well as a brand-new Free for All mode. Finally, Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons, the smash Summer hit from Maximum Entertainment and developer Secret Base will receive a substantial update with the addition of the #1 most requested feature: online co-op. Players will be able to join friends online for tag-team brawls across New York City while unleashing devastating combos with the game’s 13 playable characters.
