Maximum Entertainment Announces New Date of Publication of its Annual Report for 2025

Stockholm, Sweden (May 11, 2026) – Maximum Entertainment AB (Nasdaq: MAXENT B) today announced that the company’s Annual Report for 2025 will be published on May 20, 2026, instead of May 13, 2026 as previously communicated through the financial calendar on the company website.

The reason for the delayed publication is that the annual report process has taken more time to complete than anticipated.
