Maximum Entertainment Announces New Date for Annual General Meeting 2024

Stockholm, Sweden (April 26, 2024) – Maximum Entertainment AB (Nasdaq: MAXENT B) today announced that the company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on June 4th, 2024 instead of May 28th, 2024, that has previously been communicated.

Notice to the general meeting will be announced by separate press release no later than four weeks prior to the annual general meeting.
