The previously announced annual general meeting on 10 June 2026 will be held as an extraordinary general meeting but will only deal with the election of the board of directors.

Maximum Entertainment AB has today decided to convene a new annual general meeting to be held on 16 July 2026. The notice convening the annual general meeting will be published via a separate press release.

general meeting, at which the only substantive item on the agenda will be the election of the board of directors.
